Since June 2016 the annual submission to Companies House (in addition to the accounts themselves) consists of a statement by the directors that the information held on the company by Companies House is correct.

Instead of providing information to Companies House the process is now one of checking whether the information they hold is correct.

This service can also be used to find information on other companies and officers.

Steve does most company secretarial work although Victoria does company formations. These are at a set fee, currently £250 plus VAT, which includes all the setting up and registering with various bodies in the early stages of the company.
